We value your time, so we make scheduling appointments as simple as possible. To schedule an appointment online, click on the button "Schedule Service" or "Get an Estimate" on our website. You will be sent to our real time online booking page. Choose which service you would like to schedule and click the "+" button. Click the blue button labeled "next" at the bottom right of the page. Choose which time slot you would like to book your appointment. Click the "next" button again. Enter in your personal information and click the "confirm" button. Your appointment is now scheduled and you will receive a confirmation email and text message to your cell phone. (Emergency or after hour service calls will need to be scheduled by phone)

An email and text notification is sent to you after your appointment is confirmed. This notification includes, the date and time of your appointment, your technicians name and photo, and the type of project you are schedule for.
We schedule each HVAC job or estimate with a 1-2 hour arrival window. When the technician is on the way to your home you will receive a text message and email notification. The notification will show GPS coordinates of where your technician is coming from and will provide you an anticipated arrival time.
You will also be notified when your technician arrives.

Before starting any repairs, the technician will provide you with the repair cost for your review and approval. They may also discuss replacement options if they find that to better suit your situation. All of our pricing is upfront and flat rate. Our vehicles are fully stocked for same-day repairs, however in the event your system requires any specialty part(s), the part(s) will be ordered and once received you will be scheduled for the earliest available appointment to complete the repair or replacement. Our paperless invoicing is not only environmentally friendly, but conveniently leaves all receipts in the palm of your hand. Receipts are sent to your preferred email address and saved in our system.
